Former wine writer/editor for the San Francisco Chronicle, Gray now contributes to the Los Angeles Times and Wine Review Online. He is author of a Japanese-language guide to California wines, "California Winetopia." He is also Chairman of the Electoral College of the Vintners Hall of Fame.
