Suzanne uses her enthusiasm and wine knowledge to
promote the wine region of New York State. Her wine
list has been awarded the Wine Spectator’s “Award of
Excellence” yearly since 1995. Featuring over 300
New York State wines makes it the world’s largest
New York wine selection. The restaurant also
received the “Restaurant of the Year” award from the
New York Wine & Grape Foundation. Suzanne organizes
and hosts monthly Winemakers dinners as a forum to
encourage the pairing of great foods, wines and
friends.
Suzanne has judged at various competitions including
the International Eastern Wine Competition, the New
York State Wine Competition and numerous local
competitions. |
