May, With a 30 + year background in professional
cooking, Jim has worked the last 20 years with such
wineries as Cakebread Cellars, Alderbrook, Peter
Michael, Brogan, Lambert Bridge and Sonoma Cutrer in
wine education and recipe development of recipes
that emphasize food and wine compatibility. He's
consulting with various wineries and working full
time at Bennett Lane Winery in Calistoga.
