Jeremy Emmerson, of the Four Seasons, is a native of Surrey, England, a graduate of Westminster
Catering College in London and was classically trained at Inn on the Park,
London and The Regent London. He founded and produces the online cooking
magazine GlobalChefs.com and lends support to “Nextcourse”, a cooking and
nutrition program offered to women in the Sisters program at the San Francisco
County Jail.
