
Diane Teitelbaum has more than 20 years in the wine business
as a consultant to hotels, restaurants and collectors; a wine educator for
colleges and the industry; an appraiser and a writer. She is an international
level professional wine judge, has been elected to Who’s Who in Food & Wine in
Texas, and is past president of Les Dames d’Escoffier. She writes regular
columns for the Dallas Morning News, the San Francisco Chronicle and magazines.
She is a contributor to the most recent edition of Jancis Robinson’s The Oxford
Companion to Wine.
