Bill Pease has recently changed careers from winemaking to viticultural operations for Madrigal Vineyards in Calistoga. He was the leader of winemaking operations at Konocti Cellars in Lake County and Clos Pegase Winery in Napa Valley. He believes wine quality starts with exceptional vineyards.
