Betsy Fischer, owner of Winespeak, as been entertaining audiences with her lighthearted food and wine workshops for over twelve years. She is an adjunct instructor in the Culinary Arts Department of the Santa Rosa Junior College, Executive Director of the Restaurant Association of the Redwood Empire and a specialist in culinary and hospitality employee recruiting.
